MINDSET

Phronaxis is a syncretic neologism combining Phronesis: practical wisdom in judgment,
and Praxis: the ability to translate choices into coherent direction and action.

PHRONAXIS stands for practical wisdom applied to executive decisions, transformation governance and strategic narrative.

It defines a perspective that brings together three critical dimensions that are too often addressed in isolation: quality of decision-making, management and governance of transformation, and building of high-impact narrative.

The PHRONAXIS Mindset* sits at the point of balance between strategic thinking and responsibility for action, it supports coherence between ambition and feasibility, ensuring that every strategic choice — and every message to the market — is grounded in a solid business logic.

I work on how decisions are framed, tested and taken, reducing bias, ambiguity and cognitive friction. The focus is on transforming complexity and uncertainty into clear choices, with explicit trade-offs and shared decision criteria.

TRANSFORMATION:
Strategic Change Alignment

Aligning leadership to turn execution into value creation.

I support CEOs and executive teams in managing complex transformations — M&A, organisational discontinuities, new operating models — intervening where misalignment creates friction, resistance or hidden costs. My role is to act as a catalyst for alignment, speed and coherence, without adding structural bureaucracy.

Objective:
manage transformation while reducing execution risk, without losing momentum or direction.

STRATEGY-TO-NARRATIVE:
Strategic Narrative Architecture

Ensuring coherence balancing strategy, market and stakeholders.

I work on building and stress-testing the narrative that accompanies strategic choices, making it clear, credible and mobilising for Boards, investors and the organisation.
Narrative strengthens the durability of decisions over time by anchoring the equity story to the company’s industrial and financial reality.

Objective:
translate strategy into executable and credible messages; build a sustainable equity story; use Purpose as a strategic anchor.

Engagement models

The three dimensions can be activated through two different engagement models, designed to address different leadership and governance needs.

The starting point is always the decision or critical phase to be ruled; scope, focus and engagement model follow accordingly.
